Our consulting services include preinsolvency consulting as well as consulting during insolvency proceedings. In some cases we also act on behalf of insolvency administrators. In pre-insolvency consulting, we examine the company for its problems, disclose and analyze them, determine the crisis situation and assess the company&#8217;s ability to restructure and the continuation of the company.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p_tc\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">In close cooperation with the management, shareholders and creditors, we develop practicable solutions. The measures outlined in the remediation concept should not be viewed rigidly.
