In his more than 25 years of consulting experience, he has supported a large number of family businesses, medium-sized companies in trade, crafts, services and industry as well as franchise systems. His consulting focus is on the support of questions within the corporate strategy, development\/expansion of sales through licensing and franchising, organizational consulting\/IT consulting, assistance with corporate crises, accounting and controlling as well as corporate financing. Succession consulting, the valuation of companies and the search for potential buyers during the succession process are increasingly becoming part of his consulting focus.<\/p>\n<\/div><h3  ><span>\n<p class=\"p_tc\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Other fields of activity:<\/span><\/p>\n<\/span><\/h3><div  class=\"\" >\n<p class=\"p_tc\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Till H\u00fcbner has published numerous articles, among others in the yearbook of the DFV Deutscher Franchise-Verband e.V. on the franchise task force &#8211; practical report on overcoming difficulties in the franchisee&#8217;s company. To ensure the quality of his consulting work, he is actively involved in the Hamburger Consulting Club e.V. and the Norddeutsches Insolvenzforum Hamburg e.V.. In addition to his lecturing activities at the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce, he has been appointed to the expert committee &#8216;Stabwechsel&#8217; of the Kiel Chamber of Industry and Commerce; he has also been active for many years at the Berlin Chamber of Industry and Commerce in the examination board &#8216;Betriebswirt (IHK)&#8217;.<\/p>\n<\/div><h3  ><span>\n<p class=\"p_tc\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Vita:<\/span><\/p>\n<\/span><\/h3><div  class=\"\" >\n<p class=\"p_tc\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">After completing an apprenticeship as a gardener and landscaper and then successfully graduating with a degree in business administration, Till H\u00fcbner worked as a company organizer\/IT manager, head of internal auditing and management assistant in trading and production companies before taking up his current position as a management consultant. With his move to BDO Unternehmensberatung GmbH as branch manager of the offices in Leipzig and Dresden in 1991, he laid the foundation for his current activities.
