Mr. Dr. Bernhard Fassin has been a lawyer since 2002 and a partner in the partnership firm now also operating under his name since 1996. He specializes in commercial, corporate and tax law, in particular in succession issues. In addition to serving on supervisory and advisory boards of medium-sized companies, he is also a speaker on interdisciplinary legal and tax topics.

For years he has been advising medium-sized companies and freelancers, supporting them not only in business decisions, such as transactions (transformation/succession arrangements/M & A), but also in private matters, in particular wealth issues.

Mr. Dr. Bernhard Fassin is also active in cooperation with tax advisors and attorneys at law in advising companies as an additional consultant in matters of corporate and tax law. In addition, he is involved with the Düsseldorf Bar Association in the interests of specialist lawyers in the field of commercial and corporate law.

After studying law and obtaining his doctorate at the University of Cologne, he was admitted to the bar in 1992 and to the bar as a tax advisor in 1996. Since then, he was a partner in a Krefeld law firm with a focus on auditing, tax consulting and legal advice. which has been transformed into the legal form of today’s Partnerschaftsgesellschaft mbB. He brings to his advice, based on his experience with mid-sized structures and taking into account their specific expectations and needs, not only legal but also business concerns that lead to concrete results for clients.
