In addition to her consulting activities, Rita d’Avis has been a lecturer in the field of competition law at the Düsseldorfer Akademie für Marketing-Kommunikation e.V. (DAMK) since 1988. She is a board member of DAMK and treasurer. Furthermore, Rita d’Avis is an associated expert of the German Franchise Association and a member of the German Bar Association.
Vita:
Rita d’Avis has been with TIGGES Attorneys at Law since 1999. Prior to that, she had her own practice in Düsseldorf, specializing in commercial law. Rita d’Avis studied law at the University of Cologne. Her legal clerkship included stints at Moulton, Dawes, Ratfield, Law Office in Los Angeles. She was admitted to the bar in 1987.
